Sizing & fit
Which size should I take?
Our sets have a deliberately oversized cut. If you are between two sizes, take the smaller one. The fit should be relaxed, not lost.
Our model is 5'10" and wears a S hoodie with M pants. You will also find the fit indicator on every product page.
What fabric is the set made of?
Premium scuba. The fabric is thick, holds its shape and does not cling. That is what gives the set its structured drop instead of the flat look of standard fleece.
How do I wash my set?
Cold wash at 30 degrees, inside out, on a gentle cycle. No tumble dryer and no ironing. Heat flattens scuba permanently and the fabric never recovers.
Hang to dry. The set keeps its shape without stretching out.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Germany: 2 to 3 business days.
EU: 6 to 8 business days.
International: 8 to 10 business days.
We dispatch within 24 hours on business days. You get your tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is on its way.
When is shipping free?
Germany and EU: from 200 €.
US, UK and Switzerland: from $180.
Below that, shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. If your country does not appear at checkout, write us and we will set it up.
Returns & exchanges
Can I return or exchange?
Yes, 14 days from the day your order arrives. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached.
Exchanging for a different size is free: you cover the postage back to us, we send the new size out at no charge.
How do I start a return?
Write us with your order number on WhatsApp (click here) or at sondr@mail.de. You get the return details the same day.
Return postage is at your own cost, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one.
When do I get my money back?
Within 5 business days of your return arriving with us. The refund goes back to your original payment method.
Orders
Will sold-out sizes come back?
We produce in limited runs, so a restock is not guaranteed. Newsletter subscribers hear about restocks and new drops first. You can sign up at the bottom of any page.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna and Shop Pay. All payments run through Shopify's encrypted checkout.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
As long as it has not shipped, yes. Write us as fast as you can, WhatsApp is quickest (click here). Once the label is printed we cannot stop the parcel.
